The project includes a rehab carpet area of about 45000 square feet, showcasing our commitment to community development.
SHREEPATI HEIGHTS
Shreepati Heights is a project developed in collaboration with MHADA. It's a testament to Mr. Purohit's determination and persuasive efforts. By bringing together over 60% of tenants in Juni Chikalwadi, Tardeo, Mr. Purohit handed over the project to Mr. Chaturvedi in 2006.
The development covers an area of about 6,000 square meters, offering a total construction area of 300,000 square feet, which includes rehabilitation efforts. The building's planning and layout were finalized in 2006. This was another joint venture project with MHADA under the cluster scheme of DCR 33(9).
